I’m so excited to be starting a new series of Mum & Baby Yoga classes at the Cobh Community Centre this June 💛

🗓 Dates:
June 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd
💶 €12 per class or €40 for all 4 classes

These classes are completely baby-led, relaxed and welcoming , there’s absolutely no pressure for babies to “behave”. Feeding, changing, cuddling, sleeping, crying and everything in between is all part of the class 🥰

A lovely opportunity to move gently, reconnect with your body, and meet other mums in a supportive space.
