New Baby Massage Course starting in Cobh Community Centre Thursday 23rd September.  You will learn how to gently massage your baby in a completely baby led environment while having the opportunity to meet and chat with other moms. Massage has huge benefits for babies including relief from wind, colic, constipation and teething pain, weight gain, settling nervous systems, stimulating digestive and circulatory symptoms as well as a beautiful tactile sensory experience for both you and your baby.
