Cobh (Great Island) Community Centre is seeking applications for the position of permanent part-time Caretaker
The Caretaker will report to the Manager and will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the Community Centre
The ideal candidate should:
• Be a team player
• Adopt positive professional approach in all interpersonal details with service Users and colleagues.
• Be willing to provide reasonable response to extraordinary requests by Service Users.
• Be willing to work flexible hours
• Must be able to perform physical demands e.g. lifting, etc.,
• Be Suitably skilled in DIY and/or maintenance
• Attend Mandatory and as required Training.
• Uphold Confidentiality at all times .
• Must undergo Garda Vetting
• Meet POBAL Criteria
